Terms of Service

1. Not affiliated with Facepunch or Valve

Novak is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation. Rust and Steam are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Platform risk

Using third-party software in Rust and buying or trading Steam accounts may break the rules of Rust, Steam, or both. Accounts can be banned or suspended by Facepunch or Valve for reasons outside our control. You accept this risk when you buy from us.

3. Your account

You sign in to Novak with Discord. You need to be signed in to use the dashboard, minigames and invite rewards, and signing in before checkout links your order to your dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. One Novak account per person — using alt accounts to farm rewards, invites or credit tokens is not allowed.

4. How orders work

Fixed-price listings are paid through our checkout with Stripe (card) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Prices are set by our servers at checkout. Listings marked "Make an Offer" have no fixed price: submitting an offer starts a conversation with us on Discord to agree a price and payment method. An offer is not a sale until we confirm it.

5. Delivery

• Cheats and NFA accounts are instant delivery once your payment is confirmed.
• Accounts and bundles are either instant delivery or handed over by our team on Discord. Each listing says which one applies ("Instant Delivery" or "Delivered on Discord").

For Discord deliveries, make sure the Discord username on your order is correct and that you're in our Discord server so we can reach you. If a delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us.

6. Cheat licenses

A cheat purchase gives you a personal license for the duration you chose, starting from delivery. Licenses are for your own use and may not be shared, resold, or reverse-engineered. Detection status is shown in good faith and can change at any time as the game updates.

7. Account and NFA condition

Accounts are sold as described when listed (hours, region, skins, ban status and so on) and are otherwise sold "as-is". NFA accounts come without full access (for example, you can't change the email), so the original owner may be able to recover them. That risk is reflected in the price. Once a full-access account is delivered and working, securing it is your responsibility: change the password and set up your own Steam Guard.

8. Minigames and credit tokens

• Minigames (cases, Coin Flip, Mines, Tower, Chicken, Plinko, Dice, Upgrader and others) are played with site credit tokens only. Tokens can't be bought with money.
• You earn tokens by inviting people to our Discord (tracked by our Discord bot and subject to anti-abuse checks such as account age and time spent in the server) or by redeeming codes we give out.
• Tokens and minigame balances have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money. Game results are decided by our servers.
• Prizes are only fulfilled as stated in the game or by our team. We may remove tokens, balances or prizes, or suspend access, if we find abuse, bugs being exploited, or alt accounts. We may change or end the minigames at any time.

9. Leaderboard

Minigame and invite stats may be shown on the public leaderboard with your Discord username and avatar. You can hide yourself from your dashboard settings at any time. We may remove anyone from the leaderboard at our discretion.

10. Prohibited use

Don't use the Site to commit fraud, file bad-faith chargebacks after a working delivery, abuse bugs, scrape or overload the Site, or resell purchases in a misleading way. We can refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts at our discretion.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for bans, lost progress, or other losses caused by Facepunch, Valve, or your own use of a product.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms. See also our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
