Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Discord sign-in: when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar and, if Discord shares it, your email address. We never see your Discord password.
• Orders: the items you bought, the price, the payment method (Stripe or NOWPayments), your email and Discord username, and, if you were signed in, your Discord ID, so the order appears on your dashboard.
• Support and offers: what you send us in tickets and "Make an Offer" forms.
• Minigames: your credit-token balance, game history and results, and codes you redeem.
• Discord invites: our Discord bot records who invited whom, when people join and leave, and basic account details such as account age. We use this to award invite tokens and stop abuse.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• Your browser: your cart and a few display preferences are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

2. What we don't collect

We never ask for your Steam or Discord password, and we never handle card numbers or wallet keys. Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe, and crypto payments by NOWPayments.

3. How we use it

• To process and deliver orders, including handing over accounts on Discord.
• To show your orders, licenses, tokens and stats on your dashboard.
• To run the minigames, invite rewards and leaderboard.
• To answer support tickets and offers.
• To prevent fraud, chargebacks, alt accounts and reward abuse.
• To alert our team in a private Discord channel when a new order, offer or ticket comes in.

4. Public leaderboard

The leaderboard shows your Discord username, avatar and minigame and invite stats. Our Discord bot can also post a "Most Credits" leaderboard showing the credit-token balances of the top holders, including members who earned tokens in our Discord without signing in to the site. It never shows your email, Discord ID or orders. You can hide yourself from both at any time in your dashboard settings.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed: payment details go to Stripe or NOWPayments to process your payment, and Discord handles sign-in and our server. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in and to secure checkout. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

Order, license and support records are kept as long as we reasonably need them for delivery, guarantees, disputes and our own records. Minigame and invite data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your data once your orders are complete and outside any dispute window.

8. Your choices

You can hide yourself from the leaderboard, clear your cart from your browser, or revoke Novak's access from Discord's Authorized Apps settings. To request a copy of your data or have it deleted, contact us through Support or our Discord.
